Job Summary

We are urgently seeking a skilled and passionate Desi Chef with Restaurant Experience to join a well-established restaurant in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in preparing authentic street food and traditional snacks, ensuring high-quality taste, presentation, and hygiene standards. .

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook a variety of Desi street food items including pani puri, sev puri, samosa chaat, channa chaat, and bhel puri
• Prepare traditional snacks such as pav bhaji, aloo samosa, kachori, and pakora
• Make beverages including karak tea and coffee
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
• Follow food safety regulations and kitchen procedures strictly

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Desi Chef with Restaurant or street food specialist
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good time management and teamwork skills
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
