Role Overview
We’re looking for a talented and passionate Sushi Chef to lead our kitchen operations. You’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality sushi, managing the kitchen team, and ensuring every dish meets our standards for taste, presentation, and speed. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, works well under pressure, and wants to grow with a fast-rising brand.

Responsibilities
• Daily prep of ingredients and kitchen setup
