Overview
An UHNW couple based in Dubai are seeking a professional, discreet, and highly organised Housekeeper / Assistant to support within their brand-new private villa.
The role will primarily focus on supporting the female principal, combining hands‑on housekeeping duties with personal assistant responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Full housekeeping duties to a high standard
Wardrobe management and organisation
Diary management, including booking appointments and coordinating schedules
Travel coordination, including bookings and detailed itinerary planning (essential)
Managing travel documentation and requirements, with a strong understanding of Ukrainian passport regulations and restrictions (essential)
Assisting with visa applications as required
Supporting with personal administrative tasks (e.g. driving licence processes and other private matters)
Candidate Requirements
Fluent in English and Russian/Ukrainian
Proven experience in a similar Housekeeper / Assistant role within a private household
Strong knowledge of Ukrainian travel regulations and requirements
Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable
Discreet and professional at all times
Flexible with working hours and able to adapt to changing schedules
