Job Title: Kitchen In-Charge (Cloud Kitchen Experience Required)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and reliable Kitchen In-Charge to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen in Motor City, Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in cloud kitchen operations, burger preparation, and managing a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage day-to-day kitchen operations
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained
• Prepare and oversee the preparation of burgers and related menu items
• Manage kitchen staff, scheduling, and workflow during busy hours
• Monitor inventory, food cost, ingredient freshness, and wastage
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Coordinate with aggregators and delivery operations to maintain smooth order flow

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience, preferably in burger concepts or fast-paced QSR brands

✔ Strong cloud kitchen experience is highly preferred

✔ Leadership and team management skills

✔ Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards

✔ Ability to work efficiently under pressure

✔ Immediate joiners are highly preferred
