WE ARE HIRING: Welder (Shipbuilding / Industrial) – Lithuania
Requirements
Men aged 20–50
5+ years welding experience (shipbuilding preferred)
MIG/MAG 135, 136, 138 skills
Ability to weld 10–20 mm plates (full penetration)
English mandatory
Driving license an advantage
Job Role
Welding in shipyards and industrial steel workshops
Perform full penetration welds
Work with thick steel plates (10–20 mm)
Follow quality and safety standards
Compensation
Salary (NET) during probation: €1500
After probation: €2000–€2500
Work Schedule
200–220 hours per month
Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00
