Job Description
The Wooden Carpenter Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all carpentry works related to wood installations, furniture, and finishing. The role involves managing a team of carpenters, ensuring quality workmanship, meeting project timelines, and maintaining safety standards on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of carpenters and helpers.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Ensure all wooden works (furniture, cabinetry, doors, panels, etc.) are executed as per design and quality standards.
• Plan work schedules and allocate tasks to team members.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades on-site.
• Ensure proper use of tools, machinery, and materials.
• Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with company and project HSE policies.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
• Prepare daily reports on work progress and manpower.

• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Leadership and team management skills.
