Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and friendly Waitress to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to guests in our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and present menus
• Explain menu items and specials, and make recommendations
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure all items are prepared properly and in a timely manner
• Serve food and beverages to customers
• Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:
