Job Description
Role: Welding Foreman

Location: Hatta, Dubai, UAE

Immediate joiners only (visit/cancelled status)

Job description:
• Supervise welding activities and directly carry out ARC, TIG, and MIG welding.
• Ensure compliance with welding quality standards, codes, and specifications during work execution.
• Follow and enforce approved Welding Procedure Specifications on site.
• Assign tasks while also supporting welders hands-on.
• Inspect and prepare welding materials, consumables, and equipment before use.
• Maintain and enforce safety practices, including proper PPE and hazard control.
• Set and adjust welding parameters such as current, voltage, and gas flow during operations.
• Perform and assist in visual inspection of welds to identify defects.
• Coordinate with QA/QC team and support inspection and NDT activities.
• Record daily welding activities, progress, and performance of the team.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
