Job Description
A growing joinery, fit-out, and renovation company in Dubai is looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in custom furniture, wardrobes, cabinets, doors, partitions, and general carpentry works, and be comfortable working both in the workshop/factory and on-site installations.

Key Responsibilities

Carpentry & Joinery Works
• Fabrication and installation of wardrobes, cabinets, doors, furniture, wall panels, and custom joinery items
• Work with MDF, plywood, veneer, laminate, and solid wood
• Read basic drawings, measurements, and cutting sizes
• Handle assembly, fitting, and finishing adjustments

Workshop Responsibilities
• Support production of joinery items in factory/workshop
• Use carpentry tools and machines safely
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

Site Installation
• Install joinery works on project sites
• Carry out adjustments, rectification, and finishing touch-ups
• Coordinate with supervisors and site teams

Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years experience as a carpenter in joinery / fit-out / furniture works
• Experience in both workshop production and site installation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good workmanship and attention to detail
• Must be currently based in UAE

Preferred
• Experience in joinery workshop or furniture factory
• Basic understanding of drawings
• UAE driving license is an advantage
