Job Description
Job Title: Heavy Bus & Truck Driver (Construction)Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Heavy Bus and Truck Driver to transport construction materials, equipment, and personnel safely and efficiently to and from project sites. The ideal candidate must follow safety regulations, maintain vehicles properly, and support site operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy vehicles such as trucks, trailers, and buses to transport materials, equipment, and workers to construction sites.
• Ensure timely delivery and pickup of construction materials.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, lights, etc.).
• Report any mechanical issues or damages immediately.
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and site safety regulations.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of assigned vehicles.
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and logistics teams for schedules.
• Ensure safe transport of workers when operating buses.

Requirements:
• Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License (as per UAE regulations or relevant country).
• Proven experience (3–5 years preferred) in driving heavy trucks/buses, especially in construction projects.
• Good knowledge of road safety rules and local routes.
• Ability to operate different types of heavy vehicles (manual/automatic).
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Good communication skills (basic English; Arabic is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with transporting heavy equipment and materials.
• Defensive driving certification (if available).
