Job Description
Job Overview:We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery driver cum helper to join our General trading company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of stock depending on the customers . The driver will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer service experience by providing friendly and professional service during the delivery process.

Responsibilities:

Delivery:Safely and promptly deliver orders to customers' locations.

Ensure the quality and accuracy during transportation.
Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.

Address customer inquiries and concerns in a polite and timely manner.
Safety:Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations to ensure a safe delivery experience.
Communication:Communicate effectively with customers and staff.

Report any issues or challenges encountered during deliveries.
Navigation:Familiarity with local routes and efficient navigation using maps or GPS.

Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
Documentation:Ensure all required documentation, including a valid driver's license.
Qualifications:
• Valid UAE manual drivers licence is a must.
• Proven experience as a driver or delivery personnel is a plus.
• Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Ability to lift and carry stocks depending on location
• Stamina to drive car or van depending on the delivery locations
