Job Title: Multi Technician (Electrician cum Plumber)

Location: United Arab Emirates
Experience Required: Minimum 2–4 Years (UAE/GCC preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Multi Technician (Electrician cum Plumber) with valid UAE Driving License to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out electrical and plumbing maintenance works in residential, commercial, or industrial facilities. The candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform electrical maintenance, installation, and repair works
• Handle plumbing tasks including pipe fitting, leak repairs, drainage, and sanitary installations
• Diagnose faults in electrical systems, wiring, DB panels, switches, and lighting
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems
• Install and repair water supply lines, pumps, valves, and fixtures
• Ensure all work is completed as per safety standards and regulations
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns promptly
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
• Prepare basic maintenance reports and documentation
• Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians when required

Requirements:
• Must have UAE Valid Driving License
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Multi Technician (Electrician & Plumber)
• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Plumbing, or related field
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing works
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and layouts
• Experience in maintenance of residential/building facilities preferred
• Basic English communication skills
• Physically fit and able to work under pressure
• Immediate joiners preferred
