Job Description
A Packing Supervisor oversees daily packing operations, ensuring products are packed efficiently, accurately, and securely according to quality standards and customer specifications. They manage, train, and schedule packing staff, monitor inventory of packaging materials, enforce safety protocols, and coordinate with production or logistics departments to meet deadlines.
