Job Description
Job summary:

The Carpenters Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all carpentry activities on construction sites, including formwork, shuttering, and related works. The role ensures that all works are completed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations, while managing workers and ensuring timely project progress. Minimum 5 years of experience is required.

Responsibilities:
β€’ Supervise and lead carpentry teams on construction sites
β€’ Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
β€’ Assign daily tasks to carpenters and monitor productivity and work quality
β€’ Ensure all carpentry works (formwork, shuttering, framing, etc.) are completed according to project specifications and schedule
β€’ Inspect formwork and structures before concrete pouring to ensure accuracy and safety
β€’ Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other trades for smooth workflow
β€’ Ensure proper use of materials and minimize waste on site
β€’ Maintain safety standards and enforce site safety regulations
β€’ Report daily progress, manpower, and site issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager

Requirements:
