We are seeking an experienced estimator for our carpentry workshop and joinery division in the furniture industry client in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will also take on the role of site supervisor, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive estimates for furniture and joinery projects
• Create bills of quantities (BOQ) for materials and labor
• Oversee and supervise on-site activities to ensure adherence to project specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as an estimator in the furniture or joinery industry
• Strong knowledge of joinery and furniture construction techniques
• Proficiency in preparing bills of quantities (BOQ)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus
• 1-3 years of work experience in a similar role
