We are hiring New Drivers (New License Holders) for a reputed organization in the UAE. This position is specially designed for candidates who have recently obtained a UAE driving license and are looking to start their professional driving career with structured support and training. Position New Driver (New License) Job Location UAE Salary & Earnings Basic Salary: 1500 AED Commission: 15% on trips/earnings Suitability Suitable for new license holders Additional Information Location: UAE Experience: 1+ year preferred Driving License: Mandatory (UAE) Visa and RTA package available 12 days training included Responsibilities Drive company-assigned vehicles safely and responsibly Follow UAE traffic rules and company driving standards Complete assigned trips on time and professionally Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues Show disciplined and professional behavior with passengers and staff Requirements Valid UAE driving license (mandatory) Basic driving knowledge and road awareness Willingness to work on a commission-based earning model Ready to learn and follow company driving guidelines
