Job Summary:

Flare Burger is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team in Sharjah. You will be responsible for providing friendly, efficient service to ensure a great dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and input them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure tables are clean, set, and ready for customers at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and other service staff.
• Assist in preparing takeaway/delivery orders when required.
• Follow all hygiene and food safety guidelines.
• Support the team with opening, closing, and cleaning duties.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service (preferred).
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong team spirit.
• Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
