Job Description
Job Summary:
The Plumbing Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all plumbing activities at the construction site, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, project specifications, safety standards, and within the scheduled timeline.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily plumbing works at the construction site.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and plumbing layouts.
• Ensure installation of piping systems, drainage systems, water supply lines, and fixtures as per project specifications.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to the approved schedule.
• Allocate tasks to plumbers and helpers and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, MEP team, and other site supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE policies.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on site activities.
• Arrange materials, tools, and equipment required for plumbing activities.
• Attend inspections and coordinate with consultants for approvals.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5–12 years of experience in plumbing works within the construction industry.
• Diploma / ITI in Plumbing or relevant technical qualification.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, drainage, water supply, and firefighting lines.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Good leadership and team supervision skills.
• Experience in high-rise or residential/commercial building projects preferred.
• Knowledge of local authority regulations (UAE/GCC experience is an advantage).
