Requirements
UAE experience in casual to fine dining restaurants
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage daily restaurant operations and handle guest concerns
Must know how to prepare reports and conduct sales analysis
Knowledge of restaurant service standards
PNL exposure is a plus
Experience in a Turkish restaurant is a plus
