Head Chef – Pakistani Cuisine

SHJ, UAE | Full-time

We are looking for a talented Head Chef with expertise in Pakistani cuisine to lead our kitchen and be part of a growing restaurant brand. If you are passionate about authentic flavors and high standards, we want you.

Responsibilities
• Lead kitchen operations and manage full team
• Ensure authentic taste, quality, and presentation
• Develop menu items and improve recipes
• Control food cost, inventory, and wastage
• Maintain hygiene as per Dubai Municipality standards
• Handle high-volume service efficiently

Requirements
• 3+ years experience in Pakistani cuisine
• Strong in Biryani, Karahi, BBQ, Tandoor
• Leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of food safety and costing
