Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and proficient Plumber with Electrician Capabilities who can expertly handle both plumbing and electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs. The ideal candidate will not only be capable of executing tasks but will also possess the critical skill of reading technical drawings and taking accurate measurements to ensure precise project execution. This role will primarily focus on major internal and external works for new bathrooms, kitchens, water tanks, and pumps.

Responsibilities:
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing/electrical drawings to determine project scope, specifications, and layout.
• Take precise measurements on-site to ensure accurate material quantities and proper installation.
• Install, repair, and maintain all types of plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage systems, hot water systems, and fixtures for new bathrooms and kitchens.
• Install and connect water tanks and pumps, ensuring proper pressure and flow.
• Perform various electrical tasks, including wiring, conduit installation, connecting electrical fixtures (e.g., water heaters, pump motors), and troubleshooting basic electrical issues.
• Conduct internal and external plumbing and electrical installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Identify and troubleshoot plumbing and electrical malfunctions, determining the best course of action for repair.
• Select, cut, and join pipes, and install electrical cables and components using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Ensure all installations are leak-free, safe, and fully functional.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations on all job sites.
• Collaborate effectively with site supervisors, engineers, and other tradespeople.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a plumber, with demonstrated skills in electrical work, or vice-versa, within the UAE construction/maintenance industry.
• Essential ability to read and interpret complex plumbing and electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proficient in taking accurate measurements for material estimation and installation planning.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, fittings, fixtures, and common materials.
• Solid understanding of basic electrical principles, wiring methods, and safety procedures.
• Experience with installations for new bathrooms, kitchens (internal and external), water tanks, and pumps.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for both plumbing and electrical issues.
• Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and adhering to safety standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Working Hours:

9 hours per day, 1 day off per week.

الترخيص/الشهادة:
• شهادة هندسة مدنية معتمدة في دولة الامارات (مفضل)
