Job Description:

Through our innovative brand GLOE, we offer cutting-edge electrified shop fitting systems that bring functionality, flexibility, and elegant design to retail spaces. We are hiring a Carpenter(Joinery Fit out) to fabricate, assemble, and install display stands, shelves, and shop fittings involving wood, MDF, and mild steel structures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Fabricate and install wooden, MDF, and metal display stands, shelves, racks, and counters
• Perform welding works (Mild Steel) for frames, supports, and structures
• Cut, grind, weld, and finish metal parts as per drawings or instructions
• Carry out carpentry work including cutting, fixing, laminating, and finishing
• Assemble metal frames with wooden/MDF panels
• Assist in site installations and minor modifications
• Ensure proper finishing, alignment, and quality of work
• Maintain tools, welding machines, and carpentry equipment
• Follow safety standards and company policies

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience as Carpenter(Joinery Fitout)
• Experience in shop fittings, retail displays, shelves, or exhibition stands is a strong advantage
• Ability to read basic drawings and measurements
• Physically fit and able to work at site and workshop
• Fluency in Hindi (mandatory)
