Job Description
Apt Resources is looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to join a vibrant restaurant located in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth seating process. You will be the face of the restaurant and play a key role in creating a positive first impression and overall enjoyable dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating plan
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Provide information about the restaurant’s offerings and answer guest inquiries
• Coordinate with the wait staff to ensure timely and efficient service
• Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception area
• Assist wait staff and other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations

Requirements
• Previous experience as a Hostess in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm and handle challenging situations professionally
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is an advantage
