Job OverviewWe are looking for a disciplined and well-presented Security Guard with prior 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality experience to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property. The ideal candidate will deliver a high standard of vigilance, professionalism, and guest service in line with luxury hospitality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and premises at all times.Monitor and control access points, entrances, exits, and restricted areas.Conduct regular patrols of hotel premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or damage.Handle security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns calmly and professionally.Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activities promptly.Enforce hotel safety policies, procedures, and security protocols.Assist guests with directions, inquiries, and general support while maintaining a courteous approach.Coordinate with hotel management, local authorities, and emergency services when required.Prepare and submit incident reports, daily logs, and shift handover notes accurately.Support crowd control during events, VIP movements, and peak operational hours.Ensure compliance with fire, health, and safety regulations.Maintain proper grooming, uniform standards, and professional conduct at all times. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years as a Security Guard in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environmentValid security license or certification (as per local regulations)Experience in access control, CCTV monitoring, and incident handling is preferred
