Job Description
Purpose of the role:

The Restaurant Team Leader is responsible to ensure that the daily shifts assigned by the Restaurant Manager are being carried out smoothly and provides support, direction and assistance to subordinates in all areas of their assigned duties.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

· In charge of keeping the daily operations of the restaurant running smoothly.

· Responsible for ensuring that employees are present and work is completed on time.

· Provide support, direction and assistance to subordinates on all areas of their assigned duties.

· Supervise staff during your shift and ensure they are carrying out their assigned duties efficiently and effectively.

· Responsible for scheduling, staffing and organizing the work and workers on your shifts.

· To be responsible for making sure that the absent employee's position is covered by another employee.

· Work alongside members of your team in order to be more efficient and to resolve customer complaints and other problems as they arise.

· Responsible for training all new employees on your shift in safety policies and workplace procedures and maintain training logs and records.

· Responsible for quality control, ensure product safety and freshness and accuracy in orders

· Ensure customers receive the products and services they order.

· Responsible for reporting any issues or quality defects to the manager.

· Ensure the workplace is safe and clean; this includes reviewing and enforcing all Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards and policies.

· Prepare, reconcile and keep the restaurant cash registers stocked with change during the shift.

Professional Requirements:

· High School/Equivalent

· Experience of minimum 3 years in similar capacity, ideally from fast food restaurant, with good knowledge of restaurant operations.

· UAE experience is an advantage

Interpersonal Requirements:

· Ability to work under pressure

· Excellent grooming/appearance at all times

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Highly organized

· Good MS Office skills

· Team work oriented Highly

· Motivated and great at motivating staff

· Sociable with an open personality that fits with the brand image

Salary: AED 3,400.00 /month + Duty meals(No accommodation would be available)
