Requirements
• Valid UAE heavy vehicle driving license (required for recovery trucks).
• Proven experience as a recovery driver with different tonnage capacities (3T, 7T, 10T, 25T & winch).
• Minimum 1-2 years of UAE driving experience in recovery operations.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads and UAE traffic regulations.
• Physically fit and able to handle recovery operations in different conditions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred
• Experience in transport logistics or construction sector.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency breakdowns.

Key responsibilities
• Operate recovery trucks (3 ton, 7 ton, 10 ton, 25 ton) and winch vehicles to transport or tow heavy/light vehicles and equipment.
• Safely recover broken-down, damaged, or stalled vehicles as per company and traffic regulations.
• Conduct routine checks on assigned recovery vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Follow all traffic laws, road safety rules, and company policies during recovery operations.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage reports, and recovery records.
• Assist mechanics and supervisors during emergency roadside breakdowns and accidents.
• Ensure proper handling and securing of vehicles during loading and transport.
• Report any faults, damages, or incidents immediately to the supervisor.

Salary: 1500 AED + 10% commission per trip
