Key Responsibilities Front of The House (FOH)
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain hospitality standards
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the outlet
• Follow SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Support team members during peak hours.
Supervisor Roles
• Supervise daily outlet operations
• Ensure staff discipline, grooming, and service quality
• Coordinate shift activities and operational requirements
• Support training and performance monitoring
• Maintain operational and customer service standards
BOH Roles
• Prepare food items according to company recipes and SOPs
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
• Support inventory control and proper storage of ingredients
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisors
• Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries
• Ensure proper handling of kitchen equipment and machinery
• Work closely with FOH team to ensure smooth service operations
• Minimize food wastage and follow portion control standards
• Support opening and closing kitchen procedures
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies
