Job Summary
KLY Cleaning Services is seeking experienced, reliable and detail-oriented Residential & Commercial Cleaning Specialists to join our team as 1099 Independent Contractors throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services for both residential homes and commercial properties. The position offers flexible scheduling with weekly pay, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about maintaining cleanliness and delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates with experience in janitorial work, housekeeping, or hotel cleaning are encouraged to apply. The ideal applicant will be committed to ensuring spaces are sanitized, organized, and welcoming for clients.

Responsibilities
• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation
• Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and laundry services when required
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all assigned areas
• Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently
• Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to health guidelines during all cleaning activities

Requirements
• Prior experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is REQUIRED
• MUST have General Liability insurance - proof is required
• MUST be able to pass a background check
• MUST have reliable transportation
• Must provide own supplies

• Must be able to use special cleaning products based on customer preference
• Knowledge of floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation procedures, and custodial practices
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently with no supervision
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Reliable transportation is a plus for reaching various job sites regularly
• Previous experience with laundry or housekeeper management is advantageous but not mandatory
• Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
