Klēn Space will provide staff with additional job training, with the goal of improving their career path to gain higher-paid employment. You will also likely be involved in NYC's Mayor's press events about cleaning up the city streets as we are part of his beautify New York City's streets project.

Hours: Full-time (40 hours each week)

Work days: Monday - Friday

Day-time Shift: Shift 6:30 AM sharp to 3:00 PM (with 30 min lunch break)

Job Site Locations: Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Harlem & Midtown

Duties and Responsibilities
• Set goals for performance that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to cleaners
• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties and delegate tasks
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Receive complaints and resolve problems
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
• Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
• Prepare and submit performance reports
• Responsible for company vehicle and equipment
• Train new employees
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises

Minimum Qualifications:
• Must have a working phone that is able to download two mobile apps used to complete the job
• Must be a New York City resident and possess a New York Drivers License
• Must have clean driving records and provide a NYS DMV Abstract Driving Record
• Must pass a drug test
• Must be in good physical condition and health, without mental or physical disabilities or impairments which would reasonably be expected to interfere with the performance of the services.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions (rain, snow, sleet)
• Ability to work outdoors from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
• Must be age 18 or over
• Must have a demonstrated record of satisfactory attendance and punctuality
• Must be able to flexible in the location assigned each week

Requirements and Skills:
• Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
• Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Tech savvy with iPads
• MUST have valid NYS Driver License and a clean driving record with two years of driving experience in New York City.
