Job Description
OVERVIEW

We are seeking experienced e-bike delivery drivers to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for making deliveries throughout South Brooklyn, centered around our new Bay Ridge location.

Note: This position is for bicycle delivery only (electric and manual), those who can only deliver in cars need not apply.

Duties
• Hand-deliver orders to customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• General e-bike maintenance.
• Process transactions and manage deliveries using Dutchie and OnFleet.
• Adhere to all safety, security, and legal compliance protocols.
• You may be asked to assist Inventory Associates between orders.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
• Strong ability to ride and maintain a bicycle.
• 1+ years in a delivery or similar role.
• General knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage with customers and answer basic questions about our products.
• At least 21 years old.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have:
• Fluency in any additional languages.
• Professional experience in the cannabis industry.
• Familiarity with electronic sales and delivery systems, especially Dutchie POS and OnFleet.

Starting Pay: $17-$20 per hour + tips (not pooled), incentives, and rewards programs

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
