We are looking for an Engineer - R&D (Structural Design) who will work for Washing Machine Product Directorate in Beko Corporate. Realising new part/project/product implementation activities, mainly sheet metal and plastic partsMaking conceptual designs, prototyping for the responsible parts,Conducting research for the design and production of new partsFollowing trends in the industry and realising benchmark activitiesUsing analytical/statistical analysis tools to manage problems,Making cost improvement projects.The position is located in Manisa, Türkiye.How do we describe a perfect match?Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical or Manufacturing Engineering,Minimum 1 year of experience in part design, preferably sheet metal, plastic, and rubber partsHaving experience in CAD software, preferably NX (Good command in Modelling, Surface, and Assembly)Having experience in development from idea to product and conceptual design.Having experience in White Goods SectorSolid knowledge of dynamic calculations, design materials, mold design, reliabilityHaving the desire to do outstanding jobs, to work in an international environmentAbility to work with tight deadlinesExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skillsThinking broadly about businessUnderstanding the needs of the market & customerHaving the desire to do outstanding jobsRecognising and understanding the emotions of other peopleListening to different perspectives and showing flexibilityBuilding collaborationClear in communicating thoughts and ideas.We are an equal opportunity employer.
