As per the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, the minimum wage for plumber jobs in Turkey is 28,500 Turkish Lira per month as of 1 January 2026. Plumbers working more than 45 hours per week receive overtime at 1.5 times the hourly rate.

As per the Turkish Employment Agency, applicants for plumber positions must hold a secondary school diploma and complete a 320-hour vocational training certificate from an approved institution. At least 2 years of documented on-site experience is mandatory for journeyman roles.

As per the Turkish Employment Agency, applicants must submit a valid ID, vocational certificate, health report, and criminal record certificate dated within the last 6 months. Applications are processed only via the e-Devlet system with digital signatures.

As per the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, plumbers work a maximum of 45 hours per week with at least 14 days of paid annual leave after the first year of employment. Additional paid leave of 3 days is granted for national holidays.
