Welcome to Bosch.Job DescriptionDevelops and compares solution concepts, defines evaluation criteria, and drives design iterations based on test results.Plans and executes tests in line with internal standards; ensures completeness via risk assessment and supplementary tests.Acts as test champion, standardizing test practices, templates, and infrastructure improvements.Identifies risks and issues early, contributes to RCA and technical risk management processes.Applies and promotes design guidelines, norms, and calculation tools within the team.Actively collaborates and contributes to technical discussions with a preventive mindset.Ensures alignment with engineering change management processes.QualificationsB.Sc., M.Sc.
