According to the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, the net monthly minimum wage for packing staff in Turkey is 30,450 TL as of 1 January 2026. Overtime must be paid at 150% of the hourly rate after 45 hours per week. Employers must also pay 2% unemployment insurance contribution.

The Labour Law sets the standard working week at 45 hours for packing staff roles. Any hours beyond 45 require 50% overtime premium and cannot exceed 270 hours annually. Night shifts between 20:00 and 06:00 receive an additional 7.5% premium.

Applicants must submit a valid Turkish ID, İŞKUR registration number, and high-school diploma or equivalent to the provincial İŞKUR office. Applications are processed within 15 working days and require an updated CV uploaded to the e-İŞKUR portal by 31 March 2026.

Packing staff receive 14 days of paid annual leave after completing one full year of employment. After five years the entitlement increases to 20 days and after fifteen years to 26 days, as stated in the Labour Law effective 2026.
