KOBIL is seeking a highly motivated and results driven Growth Manager to scale and position AppShield, our mobile application security product, as a global benchmark in mobile app protection.This role operates at the intersection of cybersecurity, SaaS business models, mobile ecosystems, and go-to-market strategy, owning the full growth lifecycle of AppShield from product-market fit to global expansion.TasksRole OverviewYour mission is to transform AppShield from a strong security product into a globally recognized, fast growing business.Key Responsibilities• Define and execute AppShield’s end-to-end growth strategy• Strengthen product positioning and messaging for international markets• Design and scale SaaS revenue models and pricing strategies• Build and manage multi-channel sales pipelines (direct, partner, reseller, marketplace)• Develop and lead strategic partnerships and alliances• Plan and execute global marketing campaigns, events, and product launches• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and conversion performance• Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and executive leadership teamsRequirementsMust HaveDeep Domain Expertise: Proven track record in the Cybersecurity and Software Development sectors. You must possess a solid understanding of application security.Technical Literacy: Ability to bridge the gap between technical product capabilities and market growth.
