A snapshot of Your DayThe Senior Security Manager contributes to the security of Siemens Energy Personnel, assets and Processes in Türkiye, Caucasus & Central Asia and provides operational support to the Global Function EHS, Quality and Security (EQS). Based on legal requirements and internal customer demands, the Senior Security Manager ensures that Corporate Security topics are properly addressed and implemented in all countries of responsibility. This includes on-the-ground activities in all countries as needed, such as performing site security assessments, investigations, crisis management exercises or training.How You’ll Make An ImpactAdvise, provide consulting and implementation support to the regional and country management of Siemens Energy in Türkiye, Caucasus & Central Asia countries, with special focus on Türkiye, on the corporate security topics of Security Compliance, Travel and Workplace Security, Asset Protection, Incident and Crisis Management / Business Continuity. Provide tactical and operational security support to our business, including performing site security assessments, monitoring the compliance of third-party security providers, and delivering trainings to employees (e.g. crisis management exercises, travel security trainings), conducting investigations and providing operational support for the travel and project security / incident and crisis management.In collaboration with the local Real Estate / Facility Management, the holder of this position has a supporting and consulting role for Site Security topics, especially in Türkiye.Responsible for ensuring the global Corporate Security Guidelines are applied and implemented on the regional / Country level under the company’s Zero Harm program, aligned with all internal and external stakeholders, including alignments with the local security authorities to help and assist the business to understand and implement local legal requirements related to Security.Promote security awareness, conduct training (in close collaboration with other functions such as CyberSecurity) and to deliver proportionate and cost-effective security measures to support the achievement of business objectives, as well as seeking to simple and improve processes and procedures.What You BringRelevant Academic degree, a professional qualification from a recognized security authority or appropriate security experience. 7+ years of experience working in security authority, private corporate security or similar environment, with proven operational experience, including areas such as incident & crisis management, investigations and physical site security.Good Knowledge of Security situation, private security provider market and organizational structures of state security in Türkiye.Good knowledge of physical security technology, i.e. access control system and CCTVGood Knowledge of the geopolitical and security in Türkiye, Caucasus & Central AsiaStrong customer orientationWillingness to travel domestically in Türkiye and internationally (>30%)Ability to analyze and assimilate information from diverse sources, including local and international media outlets, local information sources etc.Excellent Communication and negotiation skills, preferably in a culturally diverse environmentExcellent Command of Turkish and English. Further languages are an advantage.Ability to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.Ability to work under stress and outside of standard working hours if requiredProven integrity and high professional standards of behavior.
