You will work closely with Operations, Safety, and Engineering teams to develop and implement a robust Preventive Maintenance (PM) framework, support floor technicians in establishing and maintaining standard operating procedures, and contribute to the reliability and efficiency of all engineering assets. In addition, you will act as an internal Technical Project Manager for engineering upgrades, conveyor and sorter expansions, and automation improvement projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver effective and sustainable solutions.Our Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Control & Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is considered an asset,3–5 years of solid, hands-on engineering experience in a fast-paced industrial, logistics, fulfillment, production, or manufacturing environment,Strong understanding of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), Conveyor Systems, Sorters, and Industrial Lifting Equipment, including their mechanical functions and basic automation components (PLCs, VFDs, sensors),Proficient in MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is preferred,Ability to read, interpret, and confidently work with technical drawings, layout designs, and electrical schematics; AutoCAD or similar design software skills are a strong asset,A proactive problem-solver with a hands-on mindset; resilient, structured, and capable of driving accountability in a fast-paced environment,Willingness to travel across different warehouse hubs to support local teams and oversee project implementations,Good command of English, with the ability to read technical documentation and communicate effectively with international equipment vendors,High availability for critical situations and flexibility to manage & support shift-based technical staff when needed.Your Responsibilities:Plan and execute local engineering and automation projects (e.g., conveyor lines, sorters, warehousing systems, etc.) across all Hepsiburada sites,Act as our internal technical eye when dealing with external automation suppliers and contractors. Review and review vendor layouts, electrical schematics, and technical proposals to ensure cost-efficiency and a good operational fit respecting Safety standards,Analyze current material handling layouts to identify bottlenecks, suggesting smart, cost-effective engineering modifications to increase efficiency and throughput,Participate in risk analysis owrking closely with Safety and OPS team, conduct safety walks, identify and follow up on preventive measures for unsafe situations and behaviours, and ensure their implementation,Design and roll out standard preventive maintenance schedules from the ground up to prevent unexpected machine failures,Work closely with the technicians. Introduce basic maintenance discipline, create simple Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and upskill the staff through hands-on coaching to move away from temporary fixes,Set up an organized tracking system for critical spare parts across all hubs to ensure high equipment availability without blowing the budget,To examine the failure and maintenance frequencies of the equipment and systems in the area of responsibility, to work on preventing failures and shortening the recovery times.
