Job Description
Responsibilities
• In charge of managing daily production, capacity planning and machine optimization.
• In charge of leading and motivating the production team to meet schedules for the various operations supporting customer requirements.
• Responsible for maintaining a safe, organized and clean work environment by setting and driving 6S standard.
• Responsible for respective consumable spending, delivery metrics, capacity planning, risk assessment, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
• Involve in supporting and participating in Lean/Kaizen initiatives.
• Conduct routine cell and tool box meetings with effectively.
• Responsible for maintaining a motivated and disciplined workforce and promote a positive working environment to improve employee morale.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams in resolution of any issue that may impact production/quality.
• Responsible in identifying opportunities for production efficiency improvement and reduction in waste.
• Taking charge of managing proper and accurate updating of ERP system (Syteline).
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Requirements
• Min Diploma in Engineering or relevant
• Min 7 years of production or operations experience in a manufacturing environment with 3 years of experience in a supervisory
• Experience in CNC machining and metal fabrication processes.
