Job Summary

To achieve and maintain the highest possible level of operational excellence by managing cleaning operations, budgeting, reporting, staff appraisals, and supporting commercial initiatives with operational expertise.

Responsibilities
• Monitor daily cleaning operations to ensure services meet agreed contractual terms
• Prepare annual operations budget collaboratively with Procurement and Development Managers
• Compile and submit monthly operations reports to the General Manager
• Implement company initiatives within scheduled timelines and budget limits
• Maintain visibility of service performance for defined customers and allocate operational resources for performance analysis, reporting, and improvement
• Prepare quarterly Profit & Loss analysis reports
• Conduct staff appraisals and recommend recruitments or promotions based on performance
• Support commercial and sales initiatives by providing operational expertise and analyzing service performance capabilities and operational costs
