Job Description
SECURITY GUARD / ACCESS CONTROL OPERATOR

We are seeking a highly vigilant and professional Security Guard to join a premier security team at a high-profile commercial compound in Riyadh. You will be the first line of defense, responsible for safeguarding assets, controlling access, and ensuring a safe environment for all personnel and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Access Control: Monitor and regulate the entry and exit of all personnel, visitors, and vehicles through designated gates and checkpoints using electronic systems and manual logs.
Surveillance: Operate and monitor CCTV systems, alarm panels, and other security equipment to detect and report any suspicious activities or breaches.
Patrols & Inspection: Conduct regular scheduled and random patrols of the premises (internal and external) to deter security threats and ensure all areas are secure.
Incident Response: Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms. Provide initial first-aid assistance when required and elevate to supervisors and emergency services as per protocol.
Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed daily activity logs, incident reports, and gate pass records.
Policy Enforcement: Enforce site-specific security policies, procedures, and regulations consistently.
Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to all employees and visitors while maintaining a firm security posture.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with other security team members and relevant departments.
Mandatory Requirements
Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
Valid First Aid Certificate.
Fire Safety / Basic Fire Fighting training certificate.
Physically fit, with a minimum height of 5'8" for males.
Aged between 27 and 40 years.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Clean GCC medical fitness report (will be arranged for the successful candidate).
