Job Description
1. Sorting and processing products:
- Visual inspection: withdraw and exclude damaged or defective parts to ensure quality
- Sorting and classification: Arranging and classifying products according to size, weight, or type before packing
- Product cleaning: Cleaning and preparing materials to be ready for direct packaging
2. Packaging:
- Manual and automatic packaging: placing products inside the boxes, bags, or bottles designated for them
- Preparing the cartons: installing the cartons and using adhesives or gaskets to protect the goods
- Closing containers: Seal containers and cans to prevent products from leaking or being damaged
3. Labeling and data:
- Product coding: placing barcodes and labels on packages accurately
- Printing dates: Ensure that the production and expiry dates are clearly visible on the boxes
- Weighing and measuring: Weighing the finished materials and recording their data if the production line requires it
- Keeping up with the speed: Maintaining a fast pace of work that is in line with the speed of the assembly and production line
4 Safety and general hygiene:
- Cleanliness of the place: constantly clean the work area and remove any remaining packaging materials
- Food safety: strict adherence to wearing gloves, head covering, and uniforms (especially in food and pharmaceutical factories)
