Job Description
Key Objectives:
• Organize, control, and coordinate safety management in Rashid Mall managing Security service supplier, Fire safety in all assets, compliance of Health and Safety standards in our property.
• Maintain tight relation with governmental services (Civil defense, Ministry of Interior) to keep the highest levels of Security in our property.
• Continuously increase Safety levels in our Mall to exceed governmental standards;
• Provide regular Evacuation drills, enhance safety knowledge among staff of any company working in Rashid Mall (tenants, Service suppliers, Mall administration…).

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Knowledge of Building security regimes (Access control, Badge issuing, Staff Training on Emergency situation and Evacuation procedures, monitoring of Tenant works, Cash handling process, Parking management rules, Implementation of Compensatory measures)
• Strategic thinking and previous experience in Process systematization.
• Experience in organizing and controlling works of Security Service company
• Experience of Control over Subcontractors compliance with Property Rules
• Customer approach and complete understanding of work specificity with Retailers;
• Management of Fire Risk, terror prevention;
• Experience in providing Security Audits (Check lists), Evacuation Drills (Procedures and knowledge control, participation to Evacuation Drills and KPIs assessment);
• Security system checks, Check of Evacuation scenario
• Interaction with Federal security organization (FSB, Police, Ministry of Emergencies, Civil Defense, Fire Marshalls, Road Police, Procurer and Investigation committee …);
• Implementation of KPIs and Statistic follow-up of Security and Safety incidents
• Incident Analysis, and proposition of Improvement plans.
• Follow up any Procurement of Security services, setting technical conditions.
• Control and monitoring of Building safety and physical persons.
• Preparation and update of Emergency Response Plan for our property.
• Responsible for the Smooth and uninterrupted operation of the Security Operation System.
• Together with the IT responsible, the Property Operation Director, he develops and adapts existing security Policies allowing an effective interaction between Local sites and a Centralized Dispatcher Structure.
• Provides local teams support and guidance.
• Defines, prepares, and implement a documentation set of documents: Instructions, Security Plan for Rashid Mall defining the mission of each security staff post, defining the Evacuation algorithm, gathering points.
• Responsible for organizing the training of Mall staff for evacuations, development of training materials,
• Responsible for organizing and carry Emergency drills together with Fire marshals to enhance security culture in the company and develop a close coordination process with Fire Marshalls locally.
• Assess Security and Fire Safety compliance in Common areas, technical premises, and tenant premises.
• Define, prepare, and implement in our mall, follow-up of security compliance in the building and parking territory of each asset.
• Ensure all development and refurbishment areas are secured and safe for safety purposes with a daily report for any comment if needed.
• Submit regular report on monthly basis for mall assets safety as well tenants follow up their store’s safety for all benefits.
• Systemized all safety rules as well as H&S as per mall standard for tenants and customers safety.
• Facilitates the cross-department coordination to assure Staff and Mall visitors safety in accordance with Health and Safety and Fire safety norms.
• Inform the direct report about any vulnerabilities, difficulties met to fulfill its duty;
• Provides regular reports on Safety related status for each Asset.
• Provides regular update on any investigation relate to raised complaints from Staff, Service suppliers, tenants or customers;
• Follows up any administrative and criminal cases raised by governmental instances;
• Develops, updates and controls the fulfilment of instructions related to Insurance cases;
• Organizes the control, daily operation and maintenance or replacement of technical security equipment (including CCTV systems, fire-fighting and fire-alarm systems, Access control systems).
• Daily follows up the work of the representative of the Security service providers in all assets.
• Prepares, updates instructions, procedures related to Safety and Security matters.
