Job Description
As the Hotel Security Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and leading the security team to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property within the hotel premises. Your role involves coordinating security operations, managing security personnel, and responding to security incidents as the first point of contact. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Team Supervision and Coordination: Lead and supervise the security team, including security officers, guards, and personnel, to maintain a high level of security readiness and professionalism. Coordinate shift schedules, assign duties, and provide guidance to security team members. Security Patrols and Monitoring: Conduct regular security patrols of the hotel premises to monitor for suspicious activities, safety hazards, and security breaches. Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems to ensure a secure environment. Incident Response and Resolution: Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, or emergencies within the hotel, and take appropriate actions to address the situation.
