Job Description

We're looking for a professional and vigilant Security Guard to join our organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for protecting our facilities, assets, and personnel by maintaining a secure environment and enforcing security protocols. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to respond effectively to security concerns while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas using surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras and access control systems, to detect and prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activity
• Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and entry points to identify potential security vulnerabilities and report findings to management
• Maintain detailed incident reports documenting any security breaches, disturbances, or unusual occurrences, ensuring accurate and timely communication with supervisory staff
• Control and manage access to facilities by verifying identification, maintaining visitor logs, and enforcing entry and exit procedures in compliance with organizational policies
• Respond promptly to security alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and protect personnel and assets
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and emergency responders using radio systems and other communication devices
• Perform regular rounds and foot patrols during assigned shifts to maintain visible security presence and deter potential threats
• Assist in training new security personnel on protocols, procedures, and best practices for maintaining facility security
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times, representing the organization positively to employees, visitors, and external stakeholders
• Comply with all local security regulations, Saudi Arabian laws, and organizational security standards

Qualifications
• Proven experience working as a Security Guard or in a similar security operations role
• Strong observational and surveillance skills with the ability to identify and assess potential security threats
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with diverse groups of people
• Proficiency with security systems, including CCTV monitoring, access control systems, and alarm systems
• Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations and respond with sound judgment
• Physical fitness and ability to perform patrol duties and respond to security incidents
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are preferred
• Demonstrated reliability, trustworthiness, and professional behavior
• Knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and incident management
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends as required
• Preferred: Current security certification or license recognized in Saudi Arabia
• Preferred: First aid or CPR certification
• Preferred: Experience with conflict de-escalation and crisis management techniques
