Job Description
• Cleaning Tasks: Perform routine cleaning duties such as mopping floors, scrubbing countertops, cleaning kitchen equipment, and removing grease and residue from surfaces
• Sanitation: Ensure that all kitchen areas comply with health and safety regulations by regularly sanitizing surfaces, sinks, and appliances.
• Trash Management: Empty and clean trash cans, disposing of waste properly and ensuring that hazardous materials are handled according to safety regulations
• Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and paper goods as needed to maintain an efficient cleaning operation
• Assistance: Support kitchen staff by cleaning dishes, utensils, and food storage areas, and assisting with food preparation tasks as required.
