Job Description
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Foreman to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in our projects. The Plumbing Foreman will lead a team of plumbers to ensure work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards.

Job Responsibility:
1. Coordinate with project managers to schedule plumbing work based on project timelines.
2. Supervise and provide guidance to a team of plumbers, ensuring they follow safety protocols and complete tasks correctly.
3. Inspect plumbing systems, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
4. Order and manage materials and equipment needed for plumbing projects.
5. Keep accurate records of work activities, including time sheets, materials used, and progress reports.
6. Train new plumbers and apprentices on proper plumbing techniques and safety procedures.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a plumber, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
2. Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
3. Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Physical dexterity and stamina to handle the demands of the job.
7. Certification as a Journeyman Plumber is preferred.
