Job Description
Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Supervisor to monitor and maintain high standards across front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations. The role involves inspecting service quality, food presentation, hygiene, and staff performance to ensure a consistent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct daily inspections of FOH (service, cleanliness, customer experience)
• Monitor BOH operations (food prep, hygiene, storage, kitchen workflow)
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, local regulations)
• Evaluate food quality, presentation, and portion consistency
• Identify gaps and provide corrective action plans
• Train staff on service standards and hygiene practices
• Perform mystery audits and prepare reports for management
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to improve efficiency

Requirements
• 2+ years in restaurant operations, QA, or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Experience in both FOH and BOH operations
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work flexible hours

Preferred
