Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our restaurant operations through field marketing, market research, and brand partnerships.
The ideal candidate must be willing to work on the ground, visit different areas and corporate offices, communicate with PR and business partners, and help identify opportunities to grow sales and brand awareness.
### Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field marketing and door-to-door visits to residential areas, offices, and corporate buildings
- Coordinate with PR companies, event organizers, and potential business partners
- Build relationships with nearby communities and corporate clients for promotions, catering, and partnership deals
- Perform market surveys and competitor checks in existing and new locations
- Gather customer feedback regarding food quality, flavors, pricing, and trends
- Analyze target audience behavior and suggest suitable combos, promotions, and campaigns
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and marketing strategies
- Assist in planning local marketing activities and brand visibility initiatives
- Prepare simple reports and recommendations based on market findings
### Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in approaching clients and conducting field visits
- Basic knowledge of marketing and social media is an advantage
- Good observation and analytical skills
- Organized and able to work independently
- Experience in F&B, retail, or field marketing is a plus
- Valid Qatar ID and transferable visa preferred
