Role Overview

The Restaurant Group Manager will be responsible for managing the performance of several restaurants, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to inspire teams to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant outlets.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with chefs, marketing, and operations teams to deliver innovative dining experiences.

Qualifications
