Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Cleaning Supervisor / Sales Executive to oversee cleaning operations, train staff, maintain service quality, and support business development through client visits, quotations, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Supervision

Supervise daily cleaning operations across residential, commercial, and project sites

Manage and monitor cleaning teams to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation

Conduct site inspections and implement quality control procedures

Handle project cleaning assignments (post-construction, deep cleaning, handover cleaning, etc.)

Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures

Training & Team Management

Provide training and coaching for cleaners on:

Cleaning techniques

Hygiene and sanitation standards

Use of equipment and chemicals

Customer service and professional conduct

Evaluate cleaner performance and improve productivity

Sales & Client Relations

Visit clients and identify cleaning service opportunities

Prepare and send quotations and proposals to clients

Follow up on leads and support closing contracts

Conduct site surveys before pricing and project execution

Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction

Quality Control & Compliance

Implement quality assurance checklists

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards

Report operational issues and propose improvements

Requirements

Valid Qatar Driving License (Required)

Experience in cleaning supervision and/or cleaning sales

Experience in project cleaning / deep cleaning operations

Knowledge of hygiene standards and quality control processes

Experience preparing quotations and pricing services

Strong leadership and team training skills

Good communication and customer handling skills

Arabic and English is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in facility management or cleaning companies

Knowledge of cleaning materials, machinery, and chemicals

Existing client network in Qatar is an advantage
